He said sony is considering OIS but they think faster lens is better than OIS.(may be problem of thickness)

This guy should be fired.
I just hate how Z1/Z2/Z3 are making awful pictures in for example night clubs, where is pretty dark, pictures are terrible, contrast is terrible, flash light bleeding everywhere, blur everywhere. I don't know what's wrong with that. For example friend's Samsung Galaxy S3 mini making perfect photos in these conditions that i feel ashamed to compare the one i made in the same night club for example. Even if i lower ISO to 200-400, differences are so big compared my and his phone, dont even mention Superior Auto trash.

Faster lens is not always better, sure it will let more light in and you can reduce shutter speed, but then this is useless if you want a longer shutter speed of half a second or longer when you are doing night shots. As for thickness problems, BS, the iphone 6 plus is 0,2mm thinner than the Z3, yet it has OIS in the camera. While a F1.8 lens would be nice on the camera, no fast lens will substitute 100% for OIS. |

I think Sony's market research team s.cks big time. I really don't know anything about photography but As most of the young population I tend to take photographs at night whem I am out with my friends. Apple sees this and boom you have great nighshots. I dont care about megapixels since I wont zoom in. I will just post the Photo onto instagram facebook or whatever site. I mean camera is important I know but they must think simple. The 8 mp camera of the iphone 5s 6 without OIS beats the hell out of Zs. I don't want to adjust manual settings I just want to push the shutter button and get the best photo. I find it amusing how apple makes it so right and these people with years of experience can't. It should be examined. I am mad at Sony actually. Apart from all this anyone heard about Z4 Ultra?  |

It could all be a smoke screen as he won't want to reveal anything on the Z4 for obvious reasons. Sony have kept the Z4 under wraps very well. All we know is rumors for now we have not had any XR5 grade rumors just yet but as MWC get ever closer more info should pop up soon.

2k res on 6.44" screen wouldn't hurt my eyes . But if the camera and speakers are improved and thickness is kept same I wouldn't mind. |

they should ask him right in his face why the z3 camera still a flop and see what he is going to say. Although I consider it pretty decent but 20mp vs all the others it should blows them away. |

i'm curious how other flagships using sonys 20mp module like htc one, lg g4 and maybe s6 will perform against z4. |

They will perform better, you don't have to be curious. I lost faith in Sony with this sensor and if Z4 will have the same one like Z3, picture quality gonna be the same as on the Z3 obviously, hope IMX230 can perform better, in Z5.
Also Sony has a lot of problems with their flash light while taking night photos, where the objects are further from the camera. All Z1/Z2/Z3 having this problem. Just try to make a photo in the night club for example, it's shame how it performs, almost useless, no contrast, light bleed, blur, while like i said few posts above, my friend's old Galaxy S3 Mini takes photos that are miles better then my Z1 in that conditions. 
Why they can't put a dual tone flash? Is it that hard? They can make a lot better product with not that much more cost, really.
Sony fix that shit!

I know people are not happy how the Z camera turns out, saying something like that is just silly unless you are jumping or doing back flips when you take picture with your z. I have a s3 and note 2, none of them are even close to Z1. |

In day time yes, but try a night shots with flash and post the results here so we can judge, Z1/Z2/Z3 are trash while taking pictures with flash at night. I have Z1 myself, and i just saw it's exactly the same with my friends Z3 and i got mad! |
