@JGL actually mag 2 months na ang phone ko, pero twice lang ako nska experience ng 10sec reset, i make sure free ang drive c ko, all installations, pictures, video, audio are in my 64mb mem stick.

I meant that if they found that the problem is with the phone not the bat then I'd get a new one on warranty

badtrip nga didnt do a backup before I gave them my phone because I went there just thinking theyd give me a new bat. so di ko ngayon ma paupgrade.
Just called them, battery daw problema so they'll replace it on warranty |

@golfer i bought my mem stick duo at singapore for SG$139.95 plus shipping about 4,241.00 Php, you have to choose the option of shipping, i choose fedex next day delivery. basta almost 5k including shipping.

MAJOR PROBLEM
Got my replacement battery, charge it on my phone for 4 hours and now my phone wont start. When i turn the power on, the the vibra with animated colors come in with the start up sound then everything stops with the white SE P800 screen. need to do a 10 sec reset to turn it off.
What do I do know?
Anyone from Semicon follow this thread or do I have to tell the whole story there? |

@jhermano why not try master reset, but be sure you have a back up on your data. |

remember, i didnt have a recent back up. I'm fine with that its just that I cant do a master reset since the phone wont turn on |

how can you see what software version you have? and uh, where can i get a software upgrade for the P800? Sa Semicon lang ba? |

@SE21- sa Smartnet sa may Jupiter St., Makati pwede rin paupgrade.
to view the version of your firmware... while in the applications list.. go to view > system information. R1D for the phone, R2C Bluetooth, R1G Organiser, and R2A CDA i believe is the latest.\
there were issues sa CDA. R2A sya after upgrade, pero after running Backup and Restore bumabalik sya sa R1B. pero no prob about that sabi ng Smartnet.

jhermano... the new batt might have problem.
wenek... i think they change the name of the group and before joining, u have to put all your info including your sex frequency...
there is a new sw, but im not sure if its available for upgrade. (saw the sw on the demo unit of SE, G4, SE booth. R2A

@vyn300d sorry mali ako organizer pala R1G, kasi when i ask semicon cebu whats the latest SW they said R1G, but 619 told me its the organizer thats R1G.
