It's water from a mountain spring which is leading up to the waterfall - a short distance beyond this point.

nothing special, first of all my computers all messed up after a Vista OS X install secound, i never sort out my desktop jest dunk stuff every where.

and the new Task Bar (hover mouse over an icon which you have running in task bar, like i have with internet explorer for example, and it will give you a thumbnail as shown of all the things you have running within that program/app):
