Yes , you can download stuff from Airtellive . But it is not worth the trouble . Moreover you have countless websites which give you free stuff

As i said before , all you need is to give localhost or 127.0.0.1 as proxy server address and port as 8080 for the application to use Your Freedom .

hai, i got a trick to solve the data transfer issue. some times while you connected there is no data transfer . To solve this problem, just browse the airtel live page of your phone. you will get data transfer again in pc. |

Normally, there is no need to install PC Suite for accessing Internet. But in your case, I think you have problems with extra initialization command. Try AT+CGDCONT=,,"airtelfun.com"
You can put any valid, authorized access point in the place of airtelfun.com. If no success, I will try to find another way.

Go to the 'Ports' tab and make sure you have TICKED 'SOCKS 4/5' and 'Web Proxy' under 'Local Services'

i did it dude am nw using y-f client smoothly, thanks for your advice,dude i plan to take a new NOKIA 6230i or 6681.hope ur technique wil wrk in those sets also....thanks a lot ..takecare
spartan am using gaim messenger sometimes it shows the err proxy server forbids port 5050 tunelling wht is is wrong....

Yes. You may change the initialization string to airtelgprs.com. I am accessing internet through airtelwap.com APN. |

I have a problem. i have nok 6610. when i connect to the net, it disconnects after 1 hr or so even if i have continuous data transfer. i have also set the GPRS connection to 'always online'.please help me. |

dude..u cannot download them 4 free...but sometimes it happens that these morons do not charge for wat u download..it happened to me & my friends many times..but that happens rarely..so its better u dont download anything from them coz its not worth it!!  |
