1. You pay a security deposit (8k and above)
2. Monthly access fee (N1,750 and above)
3. Calls at 40k per sec and below
4. SMS as low as N7.50
5. Glodirect GPRS (full interet access) at 35k per kb (6am to 11pm) and 20k per kb (11pm to 6am)
6. Fax and data calls (2k for initial subscription)

@brix25, Chika is a sub-urban part of Abuja where, like most sub-urbs, is xterized by slum formation and squalor. So d Govt. in a bid to address dis prob. is takin drastic steps such as clearance and hopefully redevelopmnt since Abuja is supposed to be a model city. It's not as if it is been done without a prior notice, education and enlightenmnt had been on-going for bout 2yrs now. |

It seems that MTN ppl were just trying their hands on sms about gprs billing. If not so,they should hav included d date of commencement in that sms. It's still "free" with inverted comma.

@Egunje, you have to use a yahoo.co.uk address and make sure you enable pop access from your email settings by opening your email online..
@All, there's been another plane crash.. in PH.. |

@mamba: I am yet to understand why you insist on the use of a .co.uk account. I use .com and my wife uses .co.uk, yet the link I supplied works for us both. Since its probably too long to type out on WAP, the link is available at http://wap.domainstandard.net/usefulwap.php. Once you access it, bookmark it on your phone.
The crash you talk about was Sosoliso?

This Sosoliso PH crash is sadly an accident that was waiting to happen. It appeared that inspite of Obasanjo's loud mouths, Nigerian Airports have become less safe than they were even in Abacha's days. Let somebody count all the near misses we have had in the last two months... How long can we expect to continue to be lucky!?
God help us.
Meanwhile, why cant our leaders just chose to respect the rules? Alamco is most probably a thief and deserves an impeachment, but the haste and the indecorous way it was done made it a travesty of justice. A good thing was done in a very bad way.
Again, did anybody see the PDP Congress that was held at Eagle Square today? Is charly Charplain's claim that being a comedian put him at a greater level than a politician true afterall? |
