Hi good morning all.
I think hihivox viruses has caugh me as well.  I have bad throat infection doing dry caughing. I have my dose of medicines. I am okay now but this nose is running like water tap. 
At last i have installed full registered version of windows 7 ultimate.
Hans, you have put your vivaz on sell? Your wife is so fed up with it?
Noc must be sleeping now as he had very tiring night and guess his muscles has burn as well. 
Its a festival time here. Its 'dashera'. Its a festival of winning good over evil. Guess what? I might post a video of this festival at night.

Actually I got up and 4am and hit the bench a bit. I did 3 series of 90kg, while she was sleeping like a baby |

Morning chaps. Ceaser sorry we give you the bug hope ya get better. I am out right now in the autumn sunshine having healthy walk with good air in my lungs. Feel better but my nose still running like a tap and coughing but it's getting better

As promised earlier, these are two videos of the 'dashera' festival. In both videos the big statue is of 'Ravan' symbol of evil. And is killed by lord 'Rama'. In this today's video, you can see the child in lord 'Rama's get up with bow and arrow.

Hej guys
Taking a 15 minute walk at 10*c on a windy lakeside plus back again to find out the next train won't leave for 25 minutes  was not a good idea
At home I slept for a hour. I guess my fever is back.
No work for me tomorrow, maybe Wednesday

Oh mate sorry to hear that I am still not 100% I would say about 80% better. I was ok in my walk cos it was mild in the sun although chilly in the shade & it's going to get colder mid week  I am not back in till Tuesday
