In case you people forgot, she is the same girl from over a year ago. SHe is the same girl whose ex boyfriend came in my house to hurt me but he got hurt  She is the same girl I can't forget damn it!

Now that's true(love) Noc,I do now take care of myself but I got a chest infection with bad fever & cold we can all get that no matter what we do I always take my multi vitamins daily

I take vitamins regularly but I like home made juices better. With my Jack Lalanne power juicer I take all the vitamins I need. When I get up I have to squeeze a 3 apples with 2 oranges and that gives me a lot of energy believe it or not.
I can get through the entire day with juices like that.
I found an old picture of my brother. Look at this animal I always called him an animal because he was huge
Let me tell you what was he doing for living. He was in the SWATs... Anyway, I remember there was a time when he was the head of security of the pri-minister of our country... |
