how long does it take for gprs and wap to be activated after registration? i'm gonna apply at subang parade's maxis centre tomorrow

Did i made a mistake last time? Maxis said they only charge data we download during their soft launch one year ago right? Now with the new rate... I called them and get informed it will be charged both way. So even with lower rate, it can't promise lower bill. Existing user registered before april cannot get those waiver and free 1mb download. I am thinking about cancelling it and register again later ;-)

I know it is now 1.5sen/Kb but I remember when it was 4sen/Kb they say the charges only on downstream right? But anyway now we have to stick with 1.5sen/kb already.
So sending MMS using nowMMS will depends on how much you send out. |

@fulat, see first, I let U know ... but I don't think I got transport ... Also please answer me this, if I use the ericsson ip/ gateway thingy, how will celcom start to charge for GPRS ? will i be affected ? Like say for instance will it be like making a foriegn phone call or something ??!?! In other words, is the GPRS charge afected by a change in gateway? Thanks taikor 
@veon18, heavy ? Mine is 3kg !! can knock people unconcious wif it ... but I don't mind as I have tons of features ... and ports ranging from the oldest to the newest Making it VERY COMPATIBLE with almost any device I come across, usb, serial firewire, ps/2, infra red, printer, CDRW DVD combo, A-drive ... Useful but a tad on the heavy side ... but just asmall prce to pay ... plus, I get a good workout

@ShawO a.k.a TONTO, how do I surf the net wif my T300 and laptop thru IRDA ? I am currently downloading a thingy from  called "package5_1_5.exe" is that the right one ? Thanks.
