WOHO! Got my P990 today! Actually more exiciting than I though I would be. I'm satisfied with the phone and the problems are mainly in the software, but those are minor compared to what works.
- Modelno: DPY1011472/28

- Manual is in color and seems professional
- Battery: BST-33 (950 mAh)
- Included Norwegian language pack (not using it)

does anywhere in the uk have stock of the p990 right now? im after a 12 month contract, but nowhere seems to have any until early sept, except expansys... |

Nope Expansys will probably be your best bet for 12mth contracts but they havent any stock in, supoosedly getting stock in tommorrow but i wouldnt hold my breath on that.
But yes it probably wont be released on any networks till around Sept time from what i have been hearing. So your best bet is expansys or a sim free model. |

OooOooooOoOOOooooo the SE rep for my area came into my store today and bought his P990 with him  I've gotta admit I was very impressed with the design when I first saw it! The thing that suprised me is that it had a BST-34 battery in it  Apprently the UK ones are going to be shipped with it! YES! Also he said he's had no problems with the memory issues too! I can't wait....

i think there is no software update service available for the p990i . i visited the support for most of the countries and couldnt even figure out one which had the link for software update.i hope all those current p990i owners are not bluffing regarding the seus.
