Got mine today 
Very good first impressions:
Light but well built
Stunning screen, extremely sharp
Fast and fluid
Exellent camera with lots of great features
Exellent sound both from the external speaker and the music player
Will report more in a day or two after more usage

I'm loving this beast, it is incredibly fast and smooth, and Rikken is bang on, the display is stunning, insanely sharp, with smooth text and eye popping colours!
I'm so glad I got Black Mist, I cant stop looking at it, I will have to put it on charge soon as its now down to 12% as I type this.

I would say absolutely. Feels more exclusive imo, the camera and the screen alone are worth it

How do you find it holds in the hand compared to the S3? Are those straight sides going to be an issue? |

When I used it in the shopping centre I found the camera view finder to be a little wobbly. Like it shows in some HD videos recorded on You Tube also did.
