No, still not. Go to www.expansys.com - you can order it from there for £199. Bear in mind that it's said '1 day' for the last week, and they first have all the pre-orders to fulfil, so it could be a couple of weeks yet for you.

Just spoke to Expansys ...
There has been an unexpected delay in their order.
They expect the order to arrive within the week.
There are only 55 BS in the order.
I asked where I was on the list and was told I should receive my unit in the first otherwise definitely the second batch so I reckon I'm number 56  |

Unbelievable. How many delays *can* there be on the way here. I could have walked over to Nextlink and collected one personally in less time.
I seem to remember I'm in the first 50. Sure hope so.

Is this an eternal wait? I am probably way back in that queue. Do you think it is possible to cancel the Expansys order and go straight for the danish company Pilcon? I know for sure that there is no customs involved in that buyingprocess.

The unfortunate thing is the Bluespoon is the only BT headset I like.
And its not going to intefere with my glasses.
I have used many SE BT but even though the sound quality is very good the issue with my glasses stops me from buying.
Using HBH-20 at the moment. But BT shouldn't have a string.
I don't know if the problem is with Nextlink, Expansys or BT chip suppliers.
The wait is frustrating. Lets just hope we get them before the P800 is released  |

i called up blueunplugged, and accdg to them only 50 BS was released last month; and nextlink's email to me is that BS will release their next batch on the last week of oct, i just hope they will release more than 50pcs. |

You can forget about where in the queue you are at Expansys because it is first come first serve basis. All of those who have ordered the bluespoon will receive a e-mail requesting for a order confirmation and you are queued according to when you phone them. With a little luck I passed further down the line.
