Plastic is def not a word I'd use to describe this phone!! The back is made from like a hard rubber... It's the best looking phone I've ever had.
The screen isn't protected. No idea how much it'll cost, like I say, I got a free upgrade.
Hi Juilet,
I never knew the W910i was out already?
Guess your the first on esato to own a retail one

Hello,
I didn't read about this elsewhere:
Could you maybe comment on the Stand-By Clock. Are missed calls and messages shown on the Display without pressing any button (if the Stand-By clock is activated in the phone preferences).
Would be interesting to see if SE has dropped this feature on all latest phones (K850i, T650i)...
Regards

wait for updates im counting on alot of fixes with update packages,,yes packages there will be few updates as it seems so-so many of these phones have issues..which isnt great..but there are also
many people that dont have problems with the w910 or k850
so seems like the sleep mode clock might be one..

Well,
when I bought my W810i, I was also hoping they'd add the Standy-By Clock via Software-Update.
It never happened...

guys its really not that hard to press the volume button once just to see the clock. i always press it coz i can barely see the standby clock on models which have it. light makes it much easier.......

The standby clock is hidden, until you press the volume key, then the background fades up in 3 shades - looks a bit naff.
The clock is not there when the standby standby screen is in normal mode, but most of the time on my W850i I had to press volume to see it anyway, so no real problem.
Ps, can anyone tell me where to get the special themes mentioned earlier, which respond to movement - 3 were mentioned but only 1 is on the SE site, and they were not in the phone. |
