I don't mind night-shifts it's peaceful and relaxing.
I better get some sleep as i'm getting up at 7 and have to read a book to 4 4&5 year olds

Our town is pretty small, so it's usually quiet here in the hospital during week nights, weekends are busier. I have to watch some screens and pick up the phone, so using the internet helps to stay alert

I find coffee works at keeping you awake but too much of it can send you mad,
when I worked for a automotive company in 2005 we had 6am starts and with my late
nights sometimes I was on here for ages when i lived with my folks Uhh the good old times
well i used to almost pass out cos i went on coffee overload and bearley any sleep
im ok at the min I only work one day present,
so im looking for a 2nd job 24hrs and 6 in my current,
could change though I must chat to my manager!
anyway im gunna get to bed im sitting here half asleep as it is,
Night hans and goodluck with the kiddies later!

Hey everyone just on my lunch break and listening to some tunes on my iPhone. Great sound makes you feel more get up and go even at work. I once caught a member of staff walking around on duty with his headphones on. Ya don't do that in front of guests in a four star hotel totally unprofessional. A guests asks you something and you say sorry I never heard you and you pull your headphones out if your ears. How rude
