This will only affect XZ & ZL sales and coming models.
I had made up my mind for XV and waited for YUGA. Of course the wait was totally worth it but still lot of people who's on a budget will keep waiting all the time hearing a new better device is coming soon.

4K video recording? unless the new H.265 format is ready to roll this feature will only eat up dozens of gigabytes of storage with little advantage since what's the point of 4K when 4K TVs and LCD Monitors are not yet mainstream? not even the current breed of digital cameras and mainstream DSLRs could do more than 1080p recording save for a few overpriced ones like EOS 1Dc.

I don't know whether it's a good news or bad news, but Walkman is going to live through Xperia now Sony won't be making Walkman MP3 players anymore. So all Walkman tech will be used in Xperia.
F series walkman is the last ever Sony walkman player

I read on Xda article abt the screen and one of the members on the xda interviewed one of the sony representative and he said they're using e-ips for the xperia Z

When are the first devices with Snapdragon 800 suppose to appear anyway? We're already seeing the Snapdragon 600... And it's not much of an improvement over the S4 Pro in the XZ. The Snapdragon 800 seems to be the real next gen... |
