Hi again guys,
Backtracking to that previous post about the screen protector. Initially, I removed the obvious stock screen protector, but I think I can see a second layer. Are there 2 screen protectors pre-installed? |

@end0rphine
Yep there are essentially 2 screen protectors on the handset out of the box.
The 1st being the protector with animation on it and a slight overhang tab by the volume buttons making for easy removal.
The 2nd is a very well fittted thin protector which covers the whole screen. Close inspecton will identify this.
So like other members advised, check to see if it is in fact this 2nd protector that is scratched and not the screen.
Some people had spares of this screen protector included in the box, I'm assuming you were like me and had no such thing.

Just had another look at the Case-mate web-site, and you can vote for them to make a case for the X10

For SP, have you consider CAPDASE? They do Softjackets too (silicon case) And I think they do high quality products. Although in their SE line-up only the Satio and X2 has Softjackets available.
Check it out

why pay for debranding when you can do it yourself? and unlocking is a simple process that costs $5 or less...

That's it. I am not going to get X10. I will probably wait for Satio's successor (hope it packs many features including multi-touch) or the newly announce Nokia N8 (my new favorite). It is very disappointing to know X10 will never ever support multi-touch. Kudos SE! |

Sony Ericsson Japan must be over the moon that they finally have a hit phone that is outselling some very powerful competitors.
Let's hope they can keep it up.
