We have not come out so far around the specification information about the "Gaga" and "PM-0400-BV" This, at the same time the new model will be released Xperia DoCoMo also has been found to be, as this brother model I believe there is a possibility to be released.
It is rumored quad-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 4.65 inches HD display, with such Android4.x Jelly Bean, models for DoCoMo, and corresponds to the waterproof and dustproof. Is it would place such as a smaller version of the Xperia Z.
is it dogo?
So Dogo 'll be the 4.6 incher of the next half = the Dogo appear @ E3 rumor is so true

[OT] Next-gen Xenon capacitors are the breakthrough cameraphones needed
The tiny capacitor next to its larger predecessor.
Xenon tubes have been used in camera flashes for decades but have been pushed out of the smartphone market by low-voltage, more efficient LED lights. This has come at a major cost to smartphone photographers. The tiny LED light found in most camera phones is only strong enough to cast an eerie, unattractive blue glow onto everything in its path.
Xenon flashes are present in some modern smartphones—most notably the Nokia 808 Pureview—but have been ignored by most manufacturers. Xenon flashes are much brightter than LEDs, but a major reason for xenon’s lack of popularity in smartphones is that the hardware is simply bigger - too big, usually, to fit into an ultra-slim phone. The other is that unlike LEDs, xenon flashes can't double as video lights.
Companies are working to find a cure for the LED blues. This week, researchers from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore along with partner Xenon Technologies—the world’s largest producer of xenon flashes—announced a tiny capacitor for xenon flashes that it claims is just as powerful as its larger counterparts but is also faster.
The new capacitor from Nayang Technological University is set to be released this September. With top product manufacturers battling over camera specs, the flash may be the next step in appealing to photo-conscious consumers.

If Dogo will be showed at E3
There must be something to do with the PS4 and PS Mobile + Vita )
Perhaps the the PS4 app for android and Ios that allow the phone to act as a second screen?
Streaming game from PS4 to Smartphones? etc ) |

As a second screen (i.e. see a map, inventory etc on your tablet/smartphone), yes, that is confirmed
Remote play (i.e. play PS4 games on your mobile), no, that is only with vita, that is also confirmed. Maybe if we get a vita phone/tablet you'll be able to do that |

IMO the speakers are crap, the display is beautiful but it is the UI that should be more colourful, i get around 2 days of use with the battery |

if it's going to equipped with Snapdragon 800 then it will support 4K Encoding\\Decoding.
But for the time bing Sony and other manufactures Can't quipped their phone with Display support 4K resolution & Camera that support 4K recording .. |

I think I read somewhere that it will be equipped with a Snapdragon 800 and an OLED 1080p display... |

Maybe they'll keep the 1080p display resolution and offer 4K video recording. Previously, flagship smartphones filmed in 1080p and didn't have 1080p screens. I think I'll wait for the Sony Xperia One
Water resistance + 1080p OLED screen + underwater 4K video recording with HDR + small size = my money ahah
