@johnbendi: Welcome again. I sure would love to toy with your Z1010. It so happens that I've seen it only in magazines and on the net; never in real life. Tell me about it. What network are you browsing on, by the way. On MTN GPRS, one strong factor in its favour - inspite of all our beef - is that its presently the only network that gives you full GPRS internet access on a prepaid plan. IMO, that will eventually count for something. But then, I also expect other networks to respond to that.

Its like the free stuff we have been enjoying from MTN is due to their network problem, anyway we complain, but lets remember the free stuff we have downloaded and enjoying now, Aya, Amby and Cool will testify.

Welcome Johnbendie, others who are still spying us, should repent now and join us!

that was the only reason why I bought the sim in the first place, but with such irregular billing that have become prevalent on mtn I have no choice than to drop it. I'm getting web access with my vmobile line.

Can you explain the above clearly?

@teexl: A UK-based 3G network on your Ng-based phone and network? Are you are a character from Alice in Wionderland? That's a deep dream you are having

welcome @johnbendi, imap & pop3 can work with your phone if you have the right email, which are mostly paid for. i only know about gmail and hotpop which happen to be free. i'm looking for a wicked way to destroy my MTN line, all ideas will be appreciated from yall. i'm ok with my Vmobile and it's serving me so well..

Please o all MTN haters at the moment, just live your simms for voice calls at the moment, or keep it well, it might come in handy some other time, no particular network here is 100% reliable, do not say i didnt warn you!

1. apply a hammer
2. drop it in a bucket of petrol and drop a lit match
3. give it to your dog as lunch snack
4. or best of all, try chewing it yourself
