Sadly wallpapers can't be applied in settings, stock applications (messages, dialer, calendar, etc), where the theme changes the appearance... It wouldn't be that hard for Sony to implement this for further possibility of customization...

BTW, nice wallpaper and festive atmosphere

^ i think wallpaper in those areas would be distracting. being able to change the theme color would be nice though. i prefer darker themes.

I agree with Moogoo.that would hinder the experience.also its easy to apply custom backgrounds for setting.i have a thread for that in XDA if anyone is interested.

@MusaD.Dragon Here is a link explaining how HHT works on digital camera to be honest I don't think the phone works in the same way as my QX10 Lens which also has HHT as when I use my lens I can hear the shutter go six times in a single shot then produce one great image where as the phone as far as I can tell only takes a single shot then adjusts the image. I may be wrong on this as I'm no camera expert its just my theory.

I will try and get some shots uploaded later on on both my Z1 and QX10 Lens.

Here are 3 shots quickly taken with my Z1 and QX10 lens both using HHT let me know what you think both devices were at maximum resolution for HHT (QX10 @ 18.2MP) (Z1 @ 8.1MP with pixel binning or over sampling)

I got a white Z1 on wednesday. I am loving it so far, it's miles better than my old Xperia T. Battery life seems to be quite good especially with stamina mode set up right.
