To me, that pic shows the back of the phone. Don't think that is a pureness 2
I agree it`s the back of the device, cause of the curved edges. It look to me like prety ugly device, but remembering the first leaks of Ray I tought it was damn ugly, and now I`m in love with it, so we need to wait and see. |

I highly doubt whether its pureness. is not in a position to create such a model.
Usually xperia is engraved on the front bottom of the phone.but not sure its the front. |

I just got some interesting info that the picture shown with the white plastic is gonna be powered by ST-Ericsson SoC and will be launched in spring time. He has seen the device upfront as an engineer at ST-E. No words on name but the size was rougly the same as HTC Legend 3,5-3,7". All dual core.

Lets wait and see....Hopefully if sony ericsson chooses st-ericsson,they will choose the a9540 or the a9600 platform, and not the a9500. |

How big is that person's thumb???
"No physical press the button"
Does that mean touch sensitive or nothing at all like the galaxy nexus?
If it is like galaxy nexus, that means that screen will be less than 4'3, because the buttons will be there!

Is that white plastic is really a part of the phone?? Or just a cover for the screen. Look clearly its expanded both the sides as the transparent middle line. I suspect its the front. any people who likely to hold the phone showing the front.
If the white plastic is the part of the phone, may b battery cover then it should be back.
Ya ya its early to judge... |

Mmm, it looks like the back to me too, and as the original source says that this phone is Nozomi, I don't think this can be the front of the phone as it would not allow much room for the touch screen.

This is great news if it's correct, power like that in a package below 4" is a given for me. Went with Neo as it is 3.7" |

It does look smaller than Arc width-wise - unless the guy holding it has gigantic thumbs. Does this leak point to an imminent annoucement?
Great news to learn this could be the first using ST-Ericsson chips.

My friend at ST-E compared it to a Sony Bravia LCD TV with an almost transparent view through the phone.
Not too bad, that comparison

What is the purpose of the transparent type display? - I'm a bit confused as to the benefits.

I think its the body that is transparent, not the display. Or have I missed something? |

That would make for an awesome notification light. It would be visible no matter what way around the phone is.
