Suggestion if in case Starbucks does not agree with reservation is to have somebody there early and bring some several small items (like packed biscuits for snacks) and put them on the tables on the second floor as soon as they're empty... this way people will not bother to occupy those anymore. As more forumers come, they can occupy the seats on a per table basis until all tables have been taken. (This is a strategy of Command then Conquer)
