@rickydel- I borrowed my sister's phone a while ago which has a Globe prepaid sim, and simultaneously, i connected to Yahoo using her Globe prepaid and my Sun prepaid. Sun was 2-3 seconds delayed in opening a WAP page compared to Globe. I can't comment on Smart because i haven't tried it yet. I looked at the phone's log both used 11kb. Then i checked my sister's balance, it consumed Php32.00, which means she was billed Php2.90/kb!

For Post Paid - Php 250/month on top of your present subscription
For Prepaid - Php 100 for 10 days, Php 250 for 30 days via call cards, e-pins or text

http://www.suncellular.com.ph/sunshop/24by7faqs.html

What they should update is their Hotline people... they're merely forwarders of information and complaints.

Do an experiment when they ask for your name and phone number and say it as fast as possible that its impossible for them to get it. They won't bother to have you repeat it and instead ask for your concern.

They don't even have a clue of what TEXTEMAIL is despite subscribers receiving sms regarding Sun's offering.

@dlreyes-tnx for the info. In fairness to Sun csr on hot line I find them more courteous than in other networks at least oha
