I've just ordered the SCSF-10 Sony Style Cover Case from Clove. Should compliment the XZ very nicely.

@magoo it's the stand one. Case just arrived this morning. Looks and feels really nice, & the colour matches the XZ very nicely.

cool. i'm a bit jealous. haha. i like the idea of having a case that can be used as a stand but i wish it didn't cover the phone so much. i guess that is also the point for protection... oh well. i'll stick with my flimsy gel case for now.

I returned the case for a refund. Nothing wrong with the case, but like magoo says, it does cover a lot of the phone, plus I miss the feel in the hand the XZ gives without a case.

The Xperia XZ has stepped up the durability slightly from the Xperia Z5.
No more plastic camera lens. 
Unfortunately it has too much plastic material still

So I played a bit with XZ.
And I also played with XA Ultra....
I know it's not the same class... But I'm torn apart.
I actually love the design and size of it.
And it's like half price of XZ...
I'm torn apart. The battery seems to be the question on XA Ultra though...

I had the XA Ultra for a short while and I loved it. It looks great and runs very well. Battery was probably on par with those in its price range. The screen is the best part and I guess that's the main attraction. I've been thinking recently about my specific needs and that is what made me get a Z5, I don't actually need to spend double the money for the XZ as I wouldn't say it's twice as good as the Z5. On a side note, a reviewer buddy of mine showed me a Mi MIX. That is absolutely stunning, there is nothing like it in design and having that much screen available makes the whole mobile experience so much better. For that reason I would look into the XA Ultra some more because the screen is the thing that you have all your interaction with. |

So the batt life and the performance are fine on XA Ultra?
I mean if my carrier will give me XZ for free I will get it....
But this huge beast is tempting.
As for no bezels phone - no, I don't like that.
