Does anybody know when this camera bug will be sorted because its made my phone almost useless now. Its been like this for months and I'm so tempted to smash this into a billion pieces now. I'm really disappointed with Sony.

New users should keep Gingerbread and wait for Jelly Bean.

Well, you know Sony.

Nevertheless, just saw that one of our operators has stated that JB for Xperia P will be available week 17 (end of April). Not sure if this is specific to that operators branded version or if it applies to all versions.

Pity some of the Z features like small apps and Stamina mode won't be present.

Stamina will be present, and it should be possible to port SmartApps onto the phone.

The stamina mode Xperia V got with JB is same as P's current Extended Battery, which is not same as the one on Z where you can select what apps to exclude from Stamina. I have no reason to believe it will be any different with the Xperia P JB update. This is the feature I miss most.
