Not sure, i haven't tried dot and ip 3k yet on that app when i still have my n3500c, ip 3k and dot 3k isn't resumable unlike @3k you can resume your interrupted download. |

ok thanks, have you tried the proxies? and do u hv any proxy which can download larger files but is not slow? |

its like 30kb/s but then it stops sometimes and tells me download failed or error on ma pc |

i use both mycroc.com and layyit.com and which do u use and what is yourdownload speed? |

I also use layyit, but when downloading files of 40mb+, the speed goes up and down, top speed 27kbps and minimum 9kbps

layyit is slow when loading pages i dont know why the speed increases when downloading |

omw,i had my first experience with 3g today and it was fast with the smokeflower proxy on mtn. i was able to download abt 150mb in 60mins at about 50kb/s |

no, you have to make a new access point with proxy add: smokeflower.com and port:80 then in your default browser make a bookmark using freesite/images/index.php .it works on mtn and cellc.let me know if it works |

Hey Skippie, are you Vodacom?
Because according to my knowledge this trick does not work on vodacom. I just tried it again. I made the access point with the smokeflower.com proxy at port 80. Then I made a bookmark live.vodafone.com/images/index.php . The browser loads for about 2 mins and the says: "communication error".
