I'm glad to hear it looks nicer in person than in pics. I'm just not feeling the "brushed metal" look... yet.

How are the keys, really? They look painful for SMS writing.

Mine is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I shall miss not having the radio, but the form factor and other features make up for it.

5 seconds on the orange website would give you all the answers you require.

On my O2 branded W880i I cant get the Track ID to work. Whatever track i try it with I get "Music recognition service unavailable".
I had to edit my internet profile and get rid of the proxy otherwise is would say there was a DNS error. If I dont have the Proxy then you cant use the internet. It stupid really as it has 2 links on the main menu for O2 links. There is no Playnow or Internet, they both are O2 wapsite links. If you want to use the net to go anywhere you have to goto O2's wapsite first.

I remember reading once that the TrackID function was disabled on Orange branded W850i s. Is TrackID mentioned anywhere on the literature?

Im guessing that it should work as they advertise the feature on the o2 website.

In that case I would just get it replaced.

TrackID isn't something you can reinstall and if your wap works OK there isn't much more you should be doing to get it working.

"Striking design premium with metallic finish."
