Well it seems that whoever the wise man was that said cheats shall never prosper was obviously a complete and utter loon.
Rooney had a tantrum fair enough, I don't like him and never have anyway... But the attitude and play from Portugal both this game and the last against Holland digusts me. FAIR play, my arse! IF Portugal had've won FAIR and square I would except it and congratulate them...

Hey calm down i know your disappointed! I am gutted too but it has gone nothing can change the result now.
Rooney was a disgrace but there are reasons for that you cannot fault the team if anyone is to blame it is the manager.
I agree with you to some extent they do go down like flies, that is the foreign game for you has always been the same always will be.
Sometimes i think England are too fair for their own good. Ah well! Go Andy Murray!

Oh I'm not faulting OUR team, they were brave, honest, fair and played 150%... If anything I'm very proud of them. I also think that yeah Sven's decisions have been poor and haven't suited the team and its players very well.
Blame it on the referee HA, yeah whatever, I blame it on Ronaldo and the other disgraces for football players that Pottygal have. They are solely what takes the beautiful out of the beautiful game!

england didnt offer that much til now imo indeed, portugal could have been much better aswell. on some way, it was the most worse game this year imo. weird, so many good players on the field, but no action.

Oh and I will say that wow, what a great keeper, about the only player on Portugal's side that didn't intend to cheat in the game. His saves were amazing... well done!

Yeah precisely, but the rest of the Portugal sides cheating and lack of honesty cost England on many occasions. If cheating is allowed in football then Portugal won fairly with their 12 men, being as it is not allowed (wink wink) they won with possibly 1 player and 1 player only - their superb keeper, the rest of the team should not even be allowed to advance.

@Xugaa Please explain why you feel Portugal cheated.. You guys play Premiership football we play differently..so when it comes to International games people think we are cheating that aint right at all.
