S7OO is a classic.
Rotate it 90 degree and u can play games with two hands,
The Swivel it's not such a problem if u master how to open it with just your thumb .

My next phone from SE must have the same screen size or bigger than the S700 and off course it must have a better camera.

The S700 is a great phone. Once you learn to flick open the phone with one hand its really cool and probably has the best wow factor of any other mobile out there.

You'll love it Santo. I am just about to kit mine out with a OEM black housing.

The large 262k screen is what I think impresses people the most, especially when viewing pics in fullscreen slideshow mode. It always impresses...

@ goldenface

where are you buying your OEM black housing from? My S700 housing is, shall we say, scratched to f**k! All i usually find on eBay is crap aftermarket ones. I know globalmob.com sell them, but wondering if theres anywhere else to get them

i'm planning to get my phone here in manila, philippines coz its priced below USD 400 at SE shops... however, i've got some concerns maybe s700 users can help me out...

a. how's d texting and menu speed? compared to k700 how will it fare? how about compared to a k750?

b. will the phonebook be "searchable" with multiple letters? i read somewhere software upgrades in asia did not support it, is it true?

c. is the zoom option also available to pics sent or downloaded thru the phone? or is it limited to just pictures taken by the phone?

thanks in advance, sorry if these questions were asked before, i tried to use the search button but there are conflicting answers..

I was a S700 user, and IMO its still the best screen that SE has until now.

That swiveling mechanism one will master it eventually.
