So

1st 6 months £30 x 6 = £180

Last 6 months £15 x 6 =£90

Total = £270

You get a cheque back after 4 months for £90

Which means the phone costs £180 over the year!

Isn't the £15 x 6 for the last 6 months the same as the £90 back, so the total is still £270?

What he mean is u could change the tariff after 6 months so u could change it to the £16 O2 25 tariff but not £15 as stated!

So let me get this straight:

It's 6 months of 2.99 line rental = 17.94
And 6 months of 30 line rental = 197.94
Minus 10 cashback = 187.94

Isn't that still a great deal? Sim free its nearly £300, and this gets you 200 minutes a month!

So if you tell them to cancel the textsaver thing after 6 months, is the 187.94 all you ever need to pay? And after the 12 months, could you cancel the contract altogether, and use it pay as you go?

Did anyone else get either the car charger or the promised £10 cashback for buying online?

I've received neither, and they've also given me 7 months free instead of 8 (as the offer was when I ordered).

Also... nowhere on any of the literature is any mention of the promised 250 free texts for 6 months, anyone know if this is direct from Vodafone?

SE-Naz, I received my K750i today and the box was broken and there was no car charger as well. I consider that because the car charger is not compatible with the K750i. A new charger port. By the way. What sort of special did they put u in? They only gave me 7 months free line rental even I placed my order on the 23rd May. and they did mention £10 off offer too!

tomg, the reason they gave me about the 7 months free line rental was they only processed my order on the 27rd May. At that time the offer has been changed to 7 months free line rental so they offered that to me instead. How come it took 4 days to process my order. I am not happy at all! Maybe we should send a complaint to OSPS by email and ask them to give us one more month free line rental! BTW, no mention about the £10 cash back as well!

I'm going to send them a pretty long email today... they have a guide on what to do for missing items at http://www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk/cs/missing.htm - you must contact them within 14 days.

Not very impressed.

I have sent them an email regarding the 7 months free line rental already but I won't expect them to reply me immediately.
