I feel we should show the phones throught the ages, as it is an SE froum it should show outsiders what were about!
or one from each of the years weve been up and running, the phone with the most votes wins! That seems fair i think.

I'd like to air my view here as well
Just in case you haven't noticed, neigther Sony or Ericsson are making mobile phones anymore.
If Esato are to be kept a modern, up to date site, there ought to be phones only in the new banner.
Sure both Sony and Ericsson are "to blame" for creating SonyEricsson but that is part of history.
No, Laffen. If you are to update the banner let us see phones only to give Esato the modern look. Not some sort of retro, history concerned, site.
That was then, this is now!

@tranquil, I see and agree somewhat with your point but a little bit of history is always good I reckon
@all, I guess we can't have loads of phones up there that everyone is listing as there just isn't room unless they are made very small. I think maybe a quality past, present and future phone would work well to give an overall reflection of what Esato has to offer

On second thought... That's a vairy goot point too... An old phone on the banner would sure be a nice nostalgic pointer towards the beginning of esato and the long way it's come..
Infact we could have a timeline on the banner depicting the Progression of some Key Phones from Ancient to recent to the future and the fact that esato was always there.

Why not make more than one banner and rotate them, then maybe everyone gets happy. |

It's impossible to make everyone happy.

you could get three preferences.
A sony one, an ericsson one and a sony Ericsson one!
With an checkbox, Sony for the supporters, Ericssons for the oldies and Sony Ericsson for the modern guys like me
