 I wonder what this whole thing's done to the average age of Esato - we've probably lost 20 years!

I think you've got the wrong idea, mate. We're not against you. In fact, some of us are trying to stem the tide of intolerance towards new members. One thing I would suggest, though, would be to be a little bit more selective about what you post, or else Tranquil is going to be even busier
But, welcome to Esato. I hope you enjoy it and find it as useful a resource as I have.

Ash, when you gain experience and respect after months, you can be a moderator for sure! And do keep in mind that being a moderator doesn't make you any god like, you would have to be much more responsibble and matured as a person if you like to be a moderator.

And no current moderator has ever created a thread expressing his desire to be one here on Esato! Laffen knows whos the right person. His decision is also based on the feedback of members who want a certain member to be a mod.

Hmmm . . . I guess it will be the 'misunderstandings among it's members', and getting solved after a while. Also, seeing Masseur doing his best while online, I just miss the great guy!
