Thanks all for sharing ur view, etc.
I think we should all open a phone store and we all work there cause most of us 'know' what phones are all about heh-heh.
"Welcome to the Esato Phone Shop, how may we help you?"
Back to the topic, you guys are right, most of them employ sexy women to sell the phone but still most of them know more than the people behind the counter! heh-heh
But you do get at least one phone enthusiastic working in a phone shop. |

I bought my V800 from a rather nice looking girl in a local Vodafone shop. I can assure you that her knowledge of mobiles phon ... I mean her looks, didn't influence my purchase in any way.

I remember going to buy a T68i from my local CPW shop and being served by a beautiful girl, she was talking about the phone then used the line "yes, I have one of these phones myself". Ever since then I have heard this line a bit to much(beginning to wonder now)...still the first time it just somehow sealed the deal on my T68

My first Smartphone, the Ericsson R380 (anyone remember this?), was also purchased from a CPW shop (Bath) and I have to say the lady assistant that sold it to me didn't claim to be an expert but (at the time) I would have been happy to buy a new evcery day from her....

Recently when i asked for a se model in a shop, the salesman went on talking a lot about nokia. Indirectly he was recommending for nokia while he was demonstrating se. Ok then i decided not to teach a dog's tail.

I think most of them r like that line:'I don't know,I just work here!'.They r just doing their job, as little as possible. U can train them too much on technicalities, cuz a job like this isn't paid well.
