Oh, i wish i could reply earlier. But here goes,
@ayush- there are indian women on esato mate. I know one, she doesn't post an awful lot... But she sure does nag me a lot about it! :-):-). But meths is spot on when he says:
No flowers- i've never ever given flowers to a gal, way too cheesy! And once you get her telephone number, call her and ask her out to coffee Emails are very impersonal really.
Ask her if she wants to go to this nice coffee day. Don't overdo it though... Be as cool about it.
