it is under the back cover. Here have a look
Here is a look at the new battery they are using, it is more like a nokia battery than the plasic encased ones SE currently use
If you want any more pics let me know,

@RSF: You're the man, RSF!! Thx for insight pics!
I wonder if you could re-do some of those outside, in natural light as the S700 cam produces much more crisp pictures then.
Whats the capacity of the battery btw?
How good turn the pics from the V800 megapixel cam out? Better / equal to S700's one?
cheers,

Jolly good, but a bit of a bad show with the Vodafone nonsense.

Pity you have to "dismantle" the phone to get the Stick In/Out...

don't know the exact capacity of the battery although it is a Li-Polymer battery.
I really can't say what the quality will be like, the few i have all have really early firmware builds so the camera is not running properly, but as soon as i get the latest build from SE i'll take pics with the s700 and the v800 and post them. |

Actually I couldn't care less, as long as a "hotswap" is possible.

a "hotswap" is possible, you don't have to take out the battery, you just have to slide off the back of the case.
i have already posted pics of the sharp, check here;

yes they do, the click sound from the V800 is really nice, solid click. on the sharp, it's not as loud. have to say that it's a really nice click sound, on the V800 that is. |
