Well here's my attempt at trying to get this back on topic...(Not that it'll make much difference)
About 4 years ago i was living with my (at the time)Missus. She was a Veggie because her mother was and she'd been brought up that way. She claimed that she'd never eat anything with a face(still makes me larf when i think about it).
We'd bin living together a few months and my mother was always popping round with bags of food for the freezer because she was worried that i wouldn't feed myself properly, as mothers do when you first move out, so our freezer was full of carrier bags with random food items in(my mum used to buy the huge bags of stuff then bag me up half cos i was a fat bastard).
It was my turn to cook one night and i decided Sausage Casserole(?) was gonna be on the menu. Whilst looking thro the freezer i found 2 unlabeled bags of sausages? I had a vage memory of my mum say summat about the blue bag being the veggie ones so i grabbed them and went ahead with the casserole. Once cooked i couldn't for the life of me work out if they were veggie sausages or not so i served it up anyway, and the missus said that it was one of my better efforts at cookin.
A day or so later me mum was back round with more goodies for the freezer. she walked in the kitchen with a blue carrier bag in her hand telling me to remind my GF that they weren't the veggie ones...
Realising my "mistake" i couldn't wait for the missus to get back from work so i could tell her(evil bugger me), when she came in i could hardly contain myself! I'd finally gotten her to eat meat!!! But she wouldn't believe me? All she would say was that i loved her too much to do that to her!?!?
Well we split up a year or two later and even to this day she doesn't believe she ate "real" sausages.... But maybe if she sees this she'll finally believe me!

I am surprised that it didnt make her sick. I have only not eaten meat for 9 years and if I grab the wrong hotdog at a cookout my stomach will let me know later.

Only cos it was like i was being forced into being a veggie... Cos i was the one making all the sacrifices! Eating quorn sausages and all! Fair do's tho... She didn't have a problem with cooking meat... But it was just easier to eat veggie stuff than have to cook two seperate meals...

just a week ago in my workplace, i had blood oozing from my nose (due to heat). but i didn't made an effort to stop it. instead, i went to my friend's corner and acted like i was about to die or something to that effect. she fainted. i never knew that blood causes her to faint all the time. my bad.
