I am more worried about the "keyboard" AKA the flip. How would it be possible to to use both hands on the qwerty keyboard on the back side of the flip at the same time as you hold the phone itself??...as I see it then you would hold with both your hands on the flip when it is open and the use both your tumbs to press the keys...but then I am thinking...would that not brake the hinge on the flip/phone?? I really don't think that SE have made a hinge that can with stand the weight of the phone itself so as I see it then phone will "flip over" and brake the hinge... or am I wrong...or??
Or maybe you should actually hold the phone itself and then use your tumbs to press on the keyboard, but that is really not a ergonomic solution, and I think that the force from the tumbs would also brake the hinges......
If this is NOT the case but the idea is to use only ONE finger to press the keyboarb, then I would say: waste of time...because it would be just as easy to use the pen and the display to write on..
Maybe I am wrong or maybe I have just understood the "message" or maybe you guys and gals have another opinion about this....let us all know...please..

Ok, I was the first to complain when the P900 came out 6 months after the P800... with all the complaints of the P800 addressed... now it's the P900 users turn! hehehehe...
Seriously, I can see why they're doing it. They need to make a profit ya know. Nokia is still selling 1990 technology today for a lot more than SE sells their stuff.
I'm not complaining anymore... one reason why is that their new lineup doesn't look as dumb as their first few baby-blue attempts.
Granted they didn't change anything, I like the P900 design and would've cringed if they made some weird bubbly looking thing.
Technology-wise, it's a pretty significant upgrade over the P800. Although it has the same core platform.
I'd love to have a 320x240 version... that's a bit flatter than the P900. The P910 is as fat as the P800... not good. But since it has a QWERTY keyboard, it's forgiven.
I hope the new 18-bit screen is transreflective and won't vanish under direct sunlight.
Duo Pro... VERY good move.
64MB internal memory... another good move.
GPS nav upgradeable... pretty cool
I still think they should add the voice recorder function during calls.
A clear protective sheild should be added to the flip so that when closed, the touchscreen is completely sheilded from scratches.
Let's wait and see... press releases may change once the phone is actually out already.

read the review on Mobile-review.com. Eldar said that the flip feels stable and solid. |

Like it , will buy it. More RAM means more apps and better screen means more comfortable usage. 1GB duo card means maps can now be stored on the phone - no need to rely on GPRS. But I know there will be a 3G Pxxxx next year. |

In the review it mentions the spring is gone from the flip, this would seem to indicate they've re-designed it. I would guess you're able to hold it by the flip now to use the keyboard.
Kinda surprised the review didn't say either way heh.
Interesting to see some of the differing keyboard pics that came out, the one that had an alt button and shift button, yet the mobile review unit has its caps/shift button.

Just wondering what keypad light color the P910 uses.. Cause the only thing that made the P900 look cool is the blue-lighted flip in my opinion..

i totally agree with blue8300
why do SE needs to come with new models every 6month when they even dont have any competition with the P-series?!?!
Therefor they just upgrade the phone a little bit to keep it updated.
If it was a nokia phone, it would have the same change like SE did now, but with a totally another shape and design and another name. Thats just sick when there are so small changes.
The phone is great for p800 owners or new owners of the P-series but not the ones who got p900.....
But take it easy guys, SE will release a completely new P-model with 1mpx camera and so on when the time is in!!! |

Can someone post the video in a "save format? I ysed the link but doesnt load and also I chosen "Save target as" but still no possible.
Here is my e-mail if someone can send it to me.

And here are my thoughts regarding the P910. First I dont like looks of it. The buttons look cheap to me but thats my opinion. The screen improvement is nice I admit but then again am very happy with the P900 screen quality. The keyboard as 8legs said it will be smarter and faster to use the stylus than this.
Generally am dissapointed by SE in a way but also impressed that SE has made these small improvents in order to sell more both P900 and P910. Like masseur said not a big leap but then again this is the top smartphone ever so far.
