they charge also about 10 cents per message her in Thailand too, and they don't clearly tell you this, it's thought to be 'included'. Now I just use free web-to-phone email services such as these:

agent sms dot com

http://smstoday.co.uk (has a directory listing of these services in a section here).

the only service i've had a bad encounter with is SMS.ac which is total thieves and charge wontonly.
