there are many ways...u can use the usb cable, an infrared adapter 4 your pc (or mac ) or u can use a bluetooth adapter as many of us do ( I suppose)..that's the fastest way...

I press: ([alt]+[print screen]) to get a screen capture, then i open it in the clipboard in my photo shop.
