or try typing *0# before each new sms that you want to send, then you should receive a sms back that it is delivered....

If you use the menu function (status request), when you send your messages, you will see:
1. a short notification
2. an easily understandable icons in the sent message list.
also, if you scroll the sent messages list and press the function key, a menu appears and there is a choice: message status.
very easy. i donīt personally like these stupid message delivery reports in my inbox.

I am sorry guys but when I go to menu>messages>sms I only have 7 options from which none is status request ( write new,,inbox, unsent, templates, sent items, options, memory status). In the options there is nothing relevant. Also when I go to the "sent" messages ,if I press the options button , there is a choise "view status" but it is always in grey letters so I cannot press it . I know that orange provides message reports because I was getting them in my previus alcatel phone . Any other ideas ? The thing with the *0# is not working... The software I am using is R2E006 (if this is the software version) |

That's odd. I've got a t68i software R2E006 on Orange UK.
The Status Request menu is in the Options menu.
Call orange and see if they can send you a SIM update to enable the menu. |

If you rename files to .jpg's
For example MyCV.doc.jpg
Then you can carry files around with you.
Thats my trick |

My tip - complain about signal strength on your T68m over a period of days.
I got a replacement T68m with T68i firmware (R2F004) the following day.
