as soon as I have moved and got my new ISP connection it will be up again, hopefully during next week... don't really know of any changes, except that when doing a master reset the "My Words" aren't deleted if you have R3C or earlier, this will be fixed in the upcoming release.

not that old......r1a came 1st...then r1l....so the firmware u haf in the phone is not the pioneer

And the guy at the shop told me its the newest firmware ( i bought the phone about a week ago )...i'm so stupid:-(. At least i havent got any problems with it. Tnx mate! :-)

@raven: you haven't pushed them hard enough.
I was in the same situation they keep telling me R1L was the latest but I told no and give them the version number: R3C004 (i'm in asia, europe should be R3C002)
and it's only then that the lady decided to call the technical guy and so surprisingly the answer: "yes, you're right we have it, we can upgrade your phone no problem"
silly isn't it?
worth a try I think.

As I can see you have a cable problem. 
Also I can see that you are a new user.
First: You are asking in the wrong place. This thread is about Firmware and it has nothing with cable problem. Here on Esato are so many various threads and there must be a thread that resolves your problem! You should just  and you'll find almost everything you want. All of this that I told you can be found in Esato FAQ but I spared you some clicks and a few seconds of your time.
Solution for your problem : you can download a program called SendFile from http://www.christersson.org/software.php . You can use this program to send files to your mobile phone. You need to have Mobile Phone Monitor installed before using the program (can be found at www.sonyericsson.com).
