If i remember correctly, you don't need to add any software or etc on the T610. Just pair it, and voila...race! 
Nice nifty little thing.
It was sold here ages back for about USD 66.
All sold out now in Jumbo (only had 23 units anyways!). |

all they need now is to put a small camera in and make it give a live video stream back to your phone
that would be the buissness
might get one , and yes it does only work (well charge) with  phones
