i went to Ericserve today and u know what... they did a 1 to 1 swap for me but but but still cant solve the problemo!!! according to the guy call jeffrey, he will file a complain to SE ( singapore) and see what can be done. juz leave ur number and name with them. will get back to u when the new batch of T610 comes out. that's all he can do for us. |

psyco : I was there today.. and u know what I had to take 1/2 day off just to get there. It was just useless.
I left my phone with Jefferey for 3 hours and he just returned the phone to me saying he didn't do anything. He told me he had 3 new units but he need to test them thoroughly before he can give them out. So... he gave one to u and its also useless.
He says he will NOT do a firmware update and will instead go for a 1 to 1 exchange.
Are u the guy in white shirt and have a bluetooth headset? While I was there, I saw about 4 guys bringing in their T610..
I was kinda dissapointed actually. Like u said, all I could do is to leave my phone number with them and wait for them to call me.
Gee.. what's the firmware for your new replacement unit. Is the unit just as bad or its the same. You know what, I think he's getting those units from Singapore which wouldn't make a difference since those are defective as well.
I guess all we can do now is wait for Jeffery to call us. |

what time were u there? i reached there at bout 1pm and i came back at 4pm to take my set. i m now kinda regret the swap phone cuz the new one is worse than my 1st set. 1st the hissing gettin worse...2nd there is something wrong with the joystick. and i really hate it. i hope he will call us ASAP. please keep me update on this matter OK! thanx |

psychofreak: Ah, I guess I left a bit earlier. I left around 3:40pm since it was no use waiting. So u'r 'new' phone is actually worst? hehe
What about the firmware? Is it still R7A or something else? I have a feeling we will have to wait longer for out replacement units. Think about it, if they already have non hissing units, why would they wanna keep it away from us? Bad publicity from current users is never gonna be good for them.
You have my HP# now. SMS or call me when Jeff calls you. I'll do the same.

yeah, ive got the same feeling as well bout the non hissing units. most probably we can get it somewhere in JULY. i hope it could be sooner. did he tell u that SE (singapore) will call the client directly once they received our complain. i juz wondering how long will they take?
dont worry, i will keep u update if i got any news from them!
