@NoBackUp

Are you sure a max camera pic size of 20k actually taken 20k memory on the phone, cos on T68i, when you view on picture info , it give you the pic actual size, but if you view in memory status, then click on my pictures, select the pic, it will tell you the actual memory the phont has taken, so can you tell us if under memory status, the pic also taken as 20k phone memory?

So when you got the phone, how much free memory are available?? Are all those defaulted backgrounds and stuffs deletable?? And whould the phone gain memory after you deleted those defaulted stuffs??

So there's no more remaining talk & stanbdy time shown on status?? Also, can you check what's your software version. Thanks very much !

@ablaze: No T9 lag so far. I'm not a "machine-gun texter" like some 14-year-old girls, but I'm fast enough. No problems.

But the real question is : Have SE improved the internal antenna? Does this phone have the same pathetic reception that the T68i is known for or have they corrected the problem? I anxiously awaiting for a replacement for my t68i and am hoping that the T610 will be it...RF capability will be the deciding factor

@nobackup

I just wanted to know apart from the hissing noise, is the voice quality good? and also how is the signal strength when you go indoors etc? My T600 seems to really suck when I get indoors.

Thanks sahran. This does not sound good, if what you are saying cannot be solved in future firmware upgrades than I guess 2Mb is not enough. If a large photo of size 28kb will take 56kb, this means it is taking double the original size so we actually have 1MB. Imagine how much memory a screensaver or java application, actually being 60kb, will take. 120kb !!!!!!!!! I was happy with 2Mb and did not complain but not if there is the same t68i memory allocation problem and we are only left with 1Mb.

Thanks sahran/nobackup.

So looks like I'll have to get a BT dongle then, damn. I hope their cheap.

As for memory allocation: sahran, do you mean that it shows a 20kb pic only takes 20kb until you try to delete it? If so, then that might be okay, it might be a small bug in the software that shows the file to be deleted incorrectly. The easiest way to check is to try and take 2mb worth of pictures from an empty memory right? (No sounds/games/etc.)
