Got a T68 too, based in berkshire - question for anyone wanting to answer - WHERE ARE THE DECENT SERVICE CENTRES!!?!?!?!?
There is one in Slough that has managed to wipe its firmware flashing software, and another nearby THAT DID NOT KNOW WHAT FIRMWARE THEY WERE GOING TO UPGRADE ME TO
