And thanks for pointing out that they've been loosing money until recently bigdawg. That seems to indicate they're no longer loosing money, but they've still been able to keep their customers happy. So I guess they trimmed off some fat they didn't need - but they're STILL unlocking phones. So if they're still able to unlock phone, and they've hit profitability, or are at least breaking even - why can't ATT do the same?

um, i can't say that ATT has been around that long, this is the wireless division which is a different company, the part that has been around for ever is actualy the least profitable part of the company, there have been roumors that its going to get sold off. normal long distance and local phone coverage aren't very good anymore and the prices have sky rocketed. how many of you out there even have a hard line anymore? i know i don't. |
