Congratulations to my favourite F1 driver, Lewis! It is looking better now. Just a win in the next race then he will be comfortable.

Great drive by Lewis, but Massa was disappointing in that final stint especially when he was battling ahead of Lewis.
This whole phenomena is a mystery, wrapped in an enigma, wrapped in a government agenda.

If you mean Lewis "lucky bastard going out with Nicole from the pussycat dolls" Hamilton then yep...

a crash that brought the safety car out quite late made it an exciting one... he had to pit from 1st and it dropped him back to 5th but he came back to win...

superb...

there is a great set of young drivers now, looks like F1 will go from strength to strength...

It is a pity indeed, we could've had a McLaren one two there and more points for the constructors championship.

Hamilton received a 25 second penalty for short lining the chicane while overtaking KIMI.
It was very evident that he gained an advantage which later let him overtake KIMI.
I am also not sure if he even let KIMI pass him fully after gaining the advantage.

So Hamilton's lead has now been reduced to 2 points. My predictions is Filepe Massa will be the WDC and Ferrari will take the WCC.

having watched the race this seems unfair and makes you wonder if the officials have something against Hamilton/Mclaren

Hamilton did everything he could to give the position back, although the commentators mentioned that maybe he had a bit more momentum cutting the corner than he would have if he had done the bend normally.

many other drivers often cut the corner and as long as they return to their pre-corner position they receive no penalty!

how was Lewis to know how far back he should go in order to remove the possible advantage he got? there was just no way for him to know that

so as I said... very unfair

He had the st line speed with momentum and he did not let Raikkonen pass cleanly.
We know the Ferrari will top the Straight Line speed trap , so no way Hamilton could have passed KIMI in that stretch.
