Not at all... Especially as he's now claiming to has £200 to spend on a new phone in the wanted section!!
It seems both Rookwise and Topscooby have left him negatives lately. Topscooby even lost a phone to him!

Another "Trusted trader" goes sour. This is becoming quite a regular occurence now.
This is why I am selling my last phone on here, and no more until it clears up a bit

i know it`s not ideal but but maybe the item and money could be sent through a third person who would then forward them to the new owner/seller

Topscooby got the phone agreed in the end & the negative from Rookwise was duely unfair but i aint gonna argue tbh.....

He did say he'd send a refund but I haven't got anything yet. And i'm holding off buying something from eBay untill I get refunded, cause honestly... what else am I going to do with paypal funds. (I paid via instant bank transfer).

Was told I would get the money days ago (yet again)...
Suprise suprise, nothing (yet again).
Don't actually expect this to be sorted to be honest anytime soon.
So i'm booking a few days off work next week and coming up to york, been patient enough.

Just to confirm that yes, i did get the BB Curve from Scottt in the end. However, it took him several weeks before he sent it to me...and that was only after i started legal proceedings against him!
After several conversations with MikLSP about this we both agreed it only fair to leave the negative feedback in place as the way Scottt treated the whole trade was very very far from what you would expect from a Trusted Trader on here.
What really hurt the most was that i have traded with Scott on many occasions and he was one of the few people on here that i felt i could trust 100% based on my prior dealings with him  That trust has now disappeared and i no longer feel that i can trust anyone anymore
Anyhow, KK i wish you good luck in resolving your dispute with Scottt... you never know, he might 'step up' and do the right thing
