I just dont find the K850 design beautiful or interesting at all. It is just a rectangular block with no variation. It is just plain jane like N82. Even the N82 front facial looks slightly better with its variation (esp the call/hang-up key).
N81 is definitely much better looking with its slider form. Even N95-8G looks less boring than K850. |

next to it, those silver, plastic keys are very poor made imo. in would have deserved a shiny coat, like the t68 call keys ones.

here is what i meant about N82 low light/cloudy pictures...it have exactley the same problem like N95 to produce sharp low light/cloudy pictures.
of course, this is NOT the only 2 blurry pics i have seen....N82 is not some magic phone who manage all environments perfect..it have a good camera, but still far away from a real camera.
if you want WLAN & GPS buy N82............if you want design, better battery life, and much better camera features/settings buy k850 ....both phones have good cameras...no doubt about that.
k850 can produce landscape to

i meant all this "thousands" of special functions example N95 have...who i even cant spell...he he he
WLAN is the only thing i miss on my k850...but Turbo 3G (3.6 MB/sec) is realy ok.

What will be the benefit of S60 phone.
S60 platform is the leading and most advanced smartphone platform in the world.with S60 u have more application and u can do more.
S60 info- http://www.s60.com/life
U should get n82,K850 has lot of purple fringing in the photos. And unsharp and more noise in picture.
waspinator wht does ur mind tell u?I hope u go for n82,which is winner of many awards(best camera for year 07) and have won all camera test compared to k850i and all othe 5 mp camera.

I use most of the features in my N81, Web Browse via WiFi or 3G, play Ngage games, Watch movies and videos, listen to music, and use a lot of S60 apps, some great apps for this platform like emTube, Opera8.65 , X-Plore, SmartMovie, DivX, Oggplay, Symella,AudioCube, Symtorrent and lots more, thats why S60 os9 phones are 'WHAT COMPUTERS HAVE BECOME'
So id say get the N82, with K850 all get is a motion sensor (accelerometer) without any realy cool apps and an average 5mp camera from what ive seen.
With N82 you get a motion sensor (accelerometer) with auto rotate, LOTS of cool apps like Nokmote, RotateMe, LightSabre etc. . . Plus a great 5mp camera with strong Xenon flash, a BIGGER screen with 16million colours for great display look, stereo 3D Speakers, WiFi ,3D acceleration with the TI OMAP 2420 chipset with a DSP for great sound quality, Symbian S60 meaning you can still increase funct
ionality, honestly K850 doesn't stand a chance. If you want a phone that will loose novelty quickly then get K850.

he he he..i have only one question to you guys..
how often do you realy use all of (example) Nokias N-serie (N95/N82, etc) features/functions ????????
what do you use with your cell phone ???....
maybe: type sms...calling...listen to music/radio....check your email....and taken pictures (some video recording)
i dont use much more then this functions...do you ???? (now i mean daily using..not one time a month)
this is stupid argument, simply because you're trying to say:
"if you're not use other functions then you should buy K850"
or
"K850 is beautiful and that's why you should buy it"
plankgatan, if you are happy with your K850 then fine but don't try to depreciate other phones only because you don't like their design or bigger funcionality. some people don't think in this way - respect this fact
to be honest, my heart bled when i had to replace Nokia (with bunch of Symbian tools & games) to W800 with J2ME only

what he means is that just because he isnt smart enough to use a smartphone, then no one else is.

Sure n82, if you dont care abt the price. n82 hv more better camera function which allow you to preset the contrast, color saturation, and much more. Besides that n82 photo are much more sharper than k850i. The k850i have centre weight metering, but n82 have average metering for exposure, so it is less overexposure when taking photo. n82 have more more better phone function compare to k850i.
Both phone camera still not gv very good result of photo as compare to imobile 902, the real quality photo should be like that.
