I listened to the whole 23 minutes and it was quite interesting. So these bloggers get to keep their N82s? BASTARDS, I'm jealous!!! |

The chap appeared to be a marketing manager rather than a product manager. Some basic info he didn't know - i.e. the gps chip!

i don't like the color scheme. too bland for my taste. but boy do i love the specs. here is hoping that the super JPEG compression of n95 is not present in n82 shots.

I don't care about the ugliness, as long the battery will last at least 3 days with my usage of camera, and player, I don't use anything else, well maybe some applications. And of course one of the main things is that it can't be slow as N73, and the guy in this

review sad that it's not. So no worries.

batteries are something that nokia can not make right (at the moment) even their extensive R&D is struggling to improve battery life of their phones. thats not the case in . Parent company SONY makes batteries

Well firstly Nokia don't make their battery's they buy them in and second of all these new Nokia's even with the same battery will get better performance due to them having demand paging. As that is just one of the many advantages and advancements it makes, I really don't get why you all compare SE dumb phones with smart phones as of course they will have better battery life. The reason smart phones don't have as good a battery life is the have a whole OS and lots of apps and are used more than a dumb phone. But who really needs 3 days battery life any way is it really so hard to charge your phone whilst sleeping?
My N93 had excellent Battery Life even for a smart phone as it had a 1500aMh Li-Polymer battery. My E61 also has the same power and has the best battery life out of virtually any smartphone and both are leagues ahead of anything SE's smart phones can offer so what happened to your argument supporting SE's always have better battery life now then ?

Thats mean. You should have resisted. Any GOOD battery will explode if not properly used and maintained within the manufacturer's precautions. its not only which had an incident of a battery having exploded. it happens to ALL batteries. So, all things being equal, well at least batteries have good lifespan and capacities.

As i said big deal who really doesn't have access to charge a phone once a day, and even if SE through their parent does have access to better battery's it a shame they can't currently implement better tech in their phones of late. As the N82 & K850 are roughly the same price it is fairly obvious which offers better value and i seriously doubt the N82 will launch will half as many problems as the K850. If it does have some bugs i also bet Firmware will be released far quicker and actually fix things as well.
