Wooooo finally I got around to buying a Powerball 
Gone for the signature series one for £20. Wouldnt mind the leg attachment as well though.
maybe out of next months wages

I must say as a musician I find the powerball at low revs really relaxing! But at my highest score (submitted a few years ago) is 13,747. I'm on the 2nd devision ranking 250 place.
I've recently bought the signature edition and I'm back in the game, gotta love the crazy white neon lights!
Try getting it going at a steady 9,000rpm with the ball directly in front of you for 30 secs.
What are all your averages on a 30 sec run?

Powerballs just arrived. Had a quick go of it but didnt last long cos I cant get my wrist to move properly lol
The rotor ends up moving too slow and eventually stops.
However when I do get it going I'm finding the ball keeps moving in my hand and rubs my little finger.
Gonna keep it up and get some practice in

Heighest so far after a bit of practice is:
Right hand - 6424
Left hand - 7090
Was suprised as I'm right handed.
Still trying to get the movements right though as the gyro keeps knocking due to me not moving my wrist properly and me not able to get a good grip on the ball.

Thing is. I have a 4mm deep cut on my right thumb as well from work last night which is catching on the powerball.
Biceps gettin a little achey now so have put it down and watching the dvd for a bit
So far I like it. Have been talking about it at work over the last couple of days. Gonna try and convince our manager to get a set for the gym. See if we can get the customers in a competition or something.
We already have Powerplates installed and are quite popular. Especially with the ladies

Has any of you guys seen akin? the record holder?the way he holds it, it's a bit slanted. The more contact you get with the powerball, the more control you have!! what I find hard is throwing the weight outwards :/

yeah that's the guy, I forgot you had a dvd. Amazing huh! The way he holds the powerball has more hand surface contact can you see? and when he powers up to 11,000+ his arm is rigid and only rotates his wrist slightly.

After an hour of playing last night. I got 8303 with my right hand
Not touched it today though as both my little fingers are sore and one has a blister on the knuckle. Probably due to me not being able to grasp it properly
