There are pictures that i've found on Flickr (I hope the original photographers don't mind me posting them here) taken by the T650.
The images are a bit soft, but overall I think they look fantastic. There is little to no noticeable noise reduction artifacts, and the colors are very vivid and lifelike. Also, no strange white fog/haze issue like the K800 seems to exhibit.

This Flickr Album http://flickr.com/photos/60559048@N00/page2/ has a ton of pictures that are supposedly taken by a T650i. If so, i'd have to say the image quality is quite amazing. The pictures are more reminiscent of the K750/W800 image quality rather than the K800/K810/K850. What I mean by that is that there appears to be more noise in the picture, but at the same time a lot less digital sharpening/smoothing that you sometimes get on the Cybershot line which tends to make things appear strange when viewed at 100% because details are being blurred out by the noise filters.
it is nice pic under good lighting condition but cloudy day in uk,the color seems dull to me.... |

Auto ISO chose 250 for this macro shot(strangely):

The flash is fine for short range macro shots in the dark. However, the unit only has 1 LED as opposed to 2 on the K750, so it doesn't give off as much light. |

aww that's unfortunate. would anyone happen to know if there's an accessory that goes with the t650(i) that'd make the flash better. just like the MXE-60 Flash accessory? |

Does that mean that MXE-60 is not compatible with T650?
If true, that would also mean that SE changed the shape of the charger/handsfree/usb cable connector in the latest phones (as opposed to last year's models)...
I've noticed just the change in position of the connector, not the shape (width /lengthwise). Then again, I may not have paid attention to details. |

Finally got a T650i with a good camera! Here are the test shots that I took. It was a somewhat cloudy day so the colors aren't the most vibrant. However, I still think they look loads better (contrast and saturation wise) than the way a K800/K850 takes shots.
NOTE that these are NOT touched up in any way except for reducing them 50% in size to 1024x768. I am not uploading these to Esato because I don't like the way they get compressed by the server (way too much jpeg compression) and it ruins the quality of the picture.
Now, I personally am very impressed by the quality of these shots, especially coming from a "non cybershot" phone camera. The colors are spot on (not too vibrant like Nokia, not too washed out like K800), the sharpness is good, and there are no strange noise suppression artifacts. Just take a look at this 100% crop to see what I mean!
This is at 100% guys! I don't think a K850 could take a shot that would look this clear at full resolution. I know for sure that the N95 would make a blocky mess of this detail. Again, I am very impressed! |

afaik, yes. there is not a modified camdriver for this phone so far.

Yep the phone is very new so there are no modified cam drivers. Nor do I think it needs one
As requested, shot taken indoors, very low light with flash on.
Note that the flash isn't the most powerful so I don't think it'll be all that good for anything except for macro shots or close portraits. |

Another indoor shot that I found on Flickr (not taken by me!). Light conditions seem poor, yet the quality is pretty good.
